Becky Olson-Kahn, CEO/President/Owner
Becky is the CEO/President of Professional Perspectives. She thrives on the challenge of finding “the right people for the job”. Her goal is to identify and search through the top ten percent of candidates to find an exceptional person who can make a positive impact on her client’s business.
After graduating from The University of Denver with a BS in accounting, Becky started her career with PriceWaterhouse as a CPA in the tax department. She then moved into PriceWaterhouse’s Human Resource Consulting Group. Motivated by her desire to focus on executive search, Becky joined an international executive search firm and became a “Top Producing Recruiter” focusing on positions paying $60-$400k annually.
In 1991, Becky started her own recruiting firm, after three years of rapid growth the firm was purchased. Becky was retained to oversee a nationwide rollout using the business model and approach she developed in her staffing firm as a prototype. Her efforts resulted in opening 23 offices in three years.
After a break to pursue other interests, Becky returned to the recruiting industry and purchased Professional Perspectives in February 2011.
Mike Kahn, COO/Owner
Mike is an owner and COO of Professional Perspectives. While relatively new to the staffing and recruiting industry, Mike brings over 25 years of consulting, client service, information technology and business operational management experience with him from Andersen Consulting and IBM.
Mike’s objective is to support the client service team by providing an effective and efficient work environment.
His responsibilities at Professional Perspectives include all of the “back office” functions, including not only operations, but contracting, HR, finance, and IT.
Mike earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Stanford University, and then began his professional career.
Courtney Weaving, Staffing Consultant
Courtney joined the Professional Perspectives team in January 2016 as a Staffing Consultant, focusing on Administrative and Accounting recruiting.
Courtney graduated from Babson College where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship. She also was a member of Babson’s NCAA field hockey team. Courtney joined corporate America in 2012, entering the fashion industry in New York City as an Executive Assistant quickly progressing into Marketing, Store Operations and eventually gaining momentum in Business Development for fashion designer Elie Tahari. Most recently Courtney has been involved in the boutique fitness movement, as CorePower Yoga’s Marketing and Business Development advisor.
Courtney is incredibly pleased to a be an affiliate of the Professional Perspectives team and add an additional layer of entrepreneurial thoughtfulness to the company’s dynamic and to our clients’ needs. Kevin Wright, Staffing Consultant
Kevin joined Professional Perspectives in December 2014 as a staffing consultant. His professional background has been focused in Real Estate Sales and Property Management. He studied Real Estate and Marketing in Atlanta. After an impressive career in Real Estate sales and his political involvement with the local Board of Association, his skill set has now grown into specializing in residential Property Management staffing and office administration.
Kevin truly thrives on the challenges presented in his current position. He upholds Professional Perspectives’ goal of finding “the right people for the job.”™ Understanding his clients’ needs, Kevin quickly creates employee partnerships that are a natural and a long-lasting fit for all his clients. He strongly believes that communication and support is the key in maintaining successful business relationships.
Jonah Esancy, Staffing Consultant
Jonah joined Professional Perspectives in March 2015. He has worked in multi-family communities since 2007, where he covered everything from grounds, maintenance, leasing and marketing. Jonah went on to work as a traveling leasing and marketing consultant helping communities throughout Colorado and the southwest. His goal is to help his clients realize their potential and promote business growth.
Jonah has spent the last 2 years working exclusively on lease up communities throughout Denver. His expertise in multi-family operations has set the tone for him to be able to truly find “the right people for the job”.
Maegan Gallagher, Staffing Consultant
Prior to her addition to our real estate time, Maegan thrived in the world of property management! While quickly advancing her career, Maegan gained knowledge in all facets of residential property management. Consistently demonstrating strong people skills and earning stellar customer service ratings, she has built many strong and lasting professional relationships. Maegan truly puts her client’s needs first and believes that providing client satisfaction is will make her successful. She is always problem solving and looking for optimal solutions.
Maegan seeks the most effective and efficient way to solve her client’s staffing needs. She is organized, forward thinking, and always preparing for the next curve ball about to be thrown. You can rest easy and be assured that Maegan will find “the right person for the job.”

Kennedy’s speech where he said, “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” I live by this philosophy, and it has given me a rewarding career.
