DENVER-BASED EXECUTIVE SEARCH COMPANY REBRANDS ITSELF

Denver, Colorado – The sub-prime mortgage crises has the financial world reeling.  Real estate values nationwide are plummeting.  Retail sales are in the dumps.  And the consumer spending binge is over.   “In short,” says Gleneen Brienza, President of Professional Perspectives, “it’s a great time to take stock of who you are and where you want to go.”  For the Denver-based executive search and staffing company, it has multiple meanings.  When Ms. Brienza started her firm in 1998, her experience as a CPA naturally led her to specialize in her field.  Accounting Perspectives and Office Perspectives, divisions of the parent company, grew rapidly, making the company one of the leading executive search and office staffing services in the Denver area.  So, why is she rebranding her firm now?  She believes that, with the talk of a recession looming and a possible downturn in the economy, there is no better time to take stock of her company.  By rebranding now, she will fortify her position as a leader in the accounting and office staffing field, but more importantly, she will open the door for future expansion in to other industry segments.

Concurrently, Ms. Brienza advises both candidates and corporate clients to do the same.  “The ability to find the right position within any industry segment will tighten.  Candidates need to examine what their unique talents are and communicate that effectively to prospective employers.”  Professional Perspective offers specialized training to candidates from how to make a resume to how to conduct yourself in the all-important interview.  On the client side, Ms. Brienza’s firm counsels corporate clients on how to attract top talent and how to be attractive to candidates.  With a possible recession on the horizon, Ms. Brienza predicts that flexible staffing is going to flourish when corporations need extra help.

So what exactly is Professional Perspectives doing to rebrand themselves?  Working with an outside consultant, the company was able to examine its unique selling proposition, as well as their opportunities, threats and weaknesses.  The result was a better understanding of what makes Professional Perspectives attractive to potential clients.  A new, fresh corporate look has been established and a new tagline, “The right people for the job,” was created.  “We believe that our new look and position will help us be more attractive to a wider audience as we expand into new markets,” says Gleneen Brienza.  “Our tagline says it all. We find people that most companies can’t find themselves, making us the right people for the job”

Ms. Brienza is available to help companies fill their executive positions and office staffing requirements.  She can be reached at 303-893-1400 or by visiting the company’s website at www.properspectives.com.
