How do you find your people?
Most of our candidates come from referrals from both our clients and our candidates. We will not send you anyone who has already sent you their resume, we send you candidates you have not seen thru the traditional recruiting process.
What is the screening process?
We meet every candidate before they are sent to you for an interview. We interview and check references prior to your meeting them. Our network can provide information on candidates that is not normally presented in a typical reference.
How do you decide who to send me? Do you send everyone?
After our initial discussion we start our employee search and present our top candidates. Our job is to provide 3-5 top candidates for your interview. We have done the leg work in screening out candidates who do not fit your requirements and now the decision is up to you!
How long will my search take?
The length of time varies based on the current market and number of candidates with your requirements. A typical search takes 2-6 weeks.
Why should I use Professional Perspectives vs. internet search site or my own ad?
We are a contingency based search firm and only provide candidates to you that you have not already seen. We find candidates you can’t find any other way.
