No, our fees are paid by our clients.
Why do I have to meet with you?
We work with many different companies in many industries and may have several opportunities available for our candidates. Meeting you helps us to identify which company would be best for your career. Even if we don’t have something we are working on today, we can market your background to prospective clients.
Why don’t I hear back from you immediately after my interview?
Our clients give us the requirements they are trying to fill and our job is to find them the candidates that best fit that position. Your background may be a better fit for another client vs. a search we are working on currently. We never know when a position that fits your background and career will cross our desk.
