Executive Search – Direct Hire
Professional Perspective guarantees that should a hired candidate’s employment terminate with the client within the first 90 days of employment, for any reason other than reduction in workforce or elimination of the position, Professional Perspectives shall present additional qualified candidates within a successive 90 day period for the purpose of replacing the person hired at no additional charge. We ask that you provide us with written notification within 5 business days of the original candidate’s termination. This guarantee shall be the sole remedy of the client.
Temporary Staffing
Professional Perspectives guarantees that should a candidate who is placed by us on a temporary basis disappoint you in any way, you will not be charged for the initial 8 hours of employment and we will replace the candidate as soon as you notify us of your dissatisfaction.
